We have renewed our contract with Chiltern Railways for three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, after a competitive tender process. The contract is worth £2 million per year and began on 1st April 2025.
The renewed partnership builds on a successful 12-year relationship and will see us implement a restructure of security operations, transitioning from static guarding to a more dynamic mobile staffing model across the entire Chiltern network.
Under the new contract, we will provide enhanced security services, providing Travel Safe Officers (TSOs) and static security officers, with increased presence at major stations, including Birmingham Moor Street. We will deploy approximately 55 security professionals to support Chiltern Railways’ operations.
The successful bid highlighted our innovative approach to security management, extensive experience in providing TSOs, and competitive pricing structure. Our thorough understanding of Chiltern Railways’ operations and proven track record in similar contracts were key factors in securing the renewal.
